Mission
The mission of Home Base Collaborative Family Counseling is to support New Hampshire’s children, families, and communities on their journey to healing, through a collaborative approach that includes compassionate and therapeutic treatment, intervention, education, and advocacy.
History
Home Base Collaborative has been serving New Hampshire communities since 2012. We started with private therapy and DCYF-certified programs, then expanded to impaired driver programming, anger management, group counseling, and school-based programming. Home Base has served and supported thousands of New Hampshire families in the past decade.
Team
Home Base providers are a strong team of educators, case managers, social workers, and therapists, who work together to provide comprehensive support. All services are overseen by onsite, full time clinicians licensed by the state of New Hampshire to provide mental health and substance misuse treatment.
