Our licensed clinicians provide comprehensive mental health treatment in both office-based and non-traditional settings. Our specialties include play-based therapy, ecological therapy, and co-occurring disorders / substance misuse recovery.
With their experience in providing psychotherapy and clinical support to families involved in child welfare and juvenile justice, our clinicians are well-versed in the needs of foster, adoptive, and blended families.
For clients who are interested, we offer a non-traditional approach to therapy. This can include play-based treatment, movement therapy, and outdoor behavioral health, which have been shown to works well for children who struggle to engage in standard office-based therapy.
Comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is the preferred treatment modality for clients and families coping with borderline personality disorder, emotional dysregulation, and concerns for self-harm and suicidality. Components of treatment include individual therapy, skill development, case management, and phone coaching.
We provide evaluations, individual therapy, and group therapy options to help clients acknowledge and validate their anger, even as they build safe and healthy ways to cope with their most intense emotions.
We accept cash, check, and credit card for all mental health counseling services. Our clinicians are in the process of becoming in-network with Anthem, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, United Behavioral Health. and New Hampshire Medicaid. We provide Superbills to any client who wishes to pay out of pocket and submit the claim to their health insurance plan for reimbursement.
